By purchasing return shipping and indicating the address, we will immediately send a courier to collect the package at the indicated address. You will be sent, via email, the waybill which must be applied to the package containing the costume.
You will be refunded the entire sum paid net of non-flat-rate initial shipping costs (€6.50 and NOT €4.99) and warehouse management costs (€2.99).
